The Steps of the QuEChERS Method
The steps of the QuEChERS method can be summarized as follows:
(1) sample pulverization;
(2) extraction and separation of a single solvent acetonitrile;
(3) adding salt such as MgSO4 to remove water;
(4) adding an adsorbent such as ethylenediamine-N-propylsilane (PSA) to remove impurities;
(5) The supernatant was subjected to GC-MS and LC-MS.
3. Advantages of the QuEChERS method:
(1) The recovery rate is high, and the recovery rate of a large number of polar and volatile pesticide varieties is higher than 85%;
(2) High precision and accuracy, which can be corrected by internal standard method;
(3) A wide range of analyzable pesticides, including polar and non-polar pesticides, can be used to achieve better recovery rates;
(4) The analysis speed is fast, can complete the processing of 6 samples in 30 minutes ;
(5) This solvent dosage is small, pollution is small, the price is low, do not use chlorine-containing solvent;
